1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Alamove", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Alamove, with registered address at Jalan Ampang Hilir 40, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• "Website" refers to the website at alamoove.pro and all associated pages.
• "Sessions" refers to the outdoor movement education offerings described on our Website, including Park Movement Drop-In, Outdoor Habits Coaching, and Year Outdoors Membership.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses the Website or enquires about our Sessions.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their current form.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our Website, submitting an enquiry form, or participating in any Session offered by Alamove, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Website or participate in our Sessions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or enquire about our Sessions.

3. Service Description

Alamove provides nature-based movement education in outdoor settings across Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our Sessions are intended as general wellness and movement information resources — not regulated professional services of any kind.

Our current Sessions are:

• Park Movement Drop-In — a single guided outdoor session (RM 460)
• Outdoor Habits Coaching — a six-session coaching block (RM 1,800)
• Year Outdoors Membership — ongoing group sessions and community (RM 4,100/year)

Session availability may vary based on weather conditions, public holidays, or other operational factors. We will notify participants of any changes as early as possible.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Website or participating in Sessions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information in any enquiry or registration form
• Inform us of any physical conditions or limitations that could affect your ability to participate safely in outdoor movement activities
• Follow reasonable instructions from our session guides at all times
• Behave respectfully towards other participants, guides, and members of the public
• Not use our Website for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access restricted parts of the Website without authorisation
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Uploading or transmitting harmful code, spam, or malware
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercialising our content without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Alamove Website — including text, graphics, session materials, guides, route information, and branding — is the intellectual property of Alamove and is protected under Malaysian copyright law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Alamove.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for Alamove Sessions are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to any applicable taxes.

• Payment terms and methods will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation
• Fees are due as agreed at the time of enrolment
• Membership fees for the Year Outdoors Membership are billed annually

Cancellations and refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for a reschedule
• Refund eligibility for multi-session packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Alamove reserves the right to cancel Sessions due to weather or safety considerations; affected participants will be offered an alternative date

7. Session Terms

By enrolling in any Alamove Session, you acknowledge the following:

• Sessions take place in public outdoor spaces and are subject to local park rules and conditions
• Participants are expected to bring appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor movement
• Session content is for general movement education purposes and is not a substitute for personalised professional advice
• Participation is voluntary; you may step back from any activity at any time
• Photos or videos may be taken for community purposes; you will be notified and can opt out

8. Disclaimers

The Alamove Website and Sessions are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The suitability of any Session for your individual circumstances
• The uninterrupted availability of the Website
• The accuracy or completeness of any information presented

Nothing on our Website should be interpreted as professional advice of any kind. Always consult an appropriate professional before making decisions that affect your health or wellbeing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Alamove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in Sessions.

Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Session to which the claim relates.

Alamove is not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, public health restrictions, or force majeure events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alamove, its guides, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or Sessions.

11. Termination

Alamove reserves the right to suspend or end a participant's access to Sessions if they breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is disrespectful, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may cancel your participation at any time by contacting us. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.

If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) remain unaffected by these Terms.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Alamove regarding Website use and Session participation.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Alamove's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to a successor entity.

14. Changes to These Terms
